• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

JedBuzz reserves the right to verify any account at any time. If verification is requested and the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Age Verification & KYC

JedBuzz is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of JedBuzz by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false date of birth during registration will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

The following documents may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address with a recent photo (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket account details)

JedBuzz may request KYC verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawals. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.

4. Betting Rules

When placing bets on JedBuzz, the specific rules of each game or match must be followed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless JedBuzz expressly permits it under exceptional circumstances.

• All bets are processed in real time and odds are locked in before any changes occur.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for any related bet will be refunded.

• JedBuzz is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection during live betting.
• Placing bets on the same event across multiple accounts will result in all such bets being voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JedBuzz. Violations will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or engaging in disruptive behavior toward other users.
• Spreading false information about JedBuzz's brand or services.

JedBuzz's anti-fraud system operates 24/7. Any suspicious activity detected on an account will trigger an automatic temporary suspension, with a decision made following review.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Account Closure & Suspension

JedBuzz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Extended inactivity (more than 6 months).
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before closure, provided the account is not being closed due to a terms violation.

A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Once the balance of an inactive account reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

10. Limitation of Liability

JedBuzz is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, internet disruptions, or faults on the part of third-party service providers.

JedBuzz is not responsible for gaming outcomes or betting results. Gaming and betting always carry financial risk — only wager money you can afford to lose without affecting your livelihood.
